The journey…the road that often seems so long. Yet, if we truly focus on the present rather than where we feel we so desperately need to get to as quickly as possible, we can learn to embrace the journey rather than only looking forward to the end goal. The past portion of the journey we likely have in common includes trauma, whether it is trauma you have personally experienced or trauma experienced by someone you love. The portion of the journey I would like to discuss includes the now; it includes allowing yourself to feel; it includes healing; and it includes not having to walk it alone. We are here with you.
